Overview

Every Purelita order is checked by hand before it leaves us. We deliver across Pakistan with free shipping on every order, and you can pay by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. This page explains how and when your order reaches you.

Where we deliver

We ship nationwide across Pakistan — all major cities and towns, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and smaller towns served by our courier partners. If your area is remote, delivery may take a little longer, and our team will keep you updated.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no hidden delivery fees.

Dispatch & handling

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within one working day. Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days, depending on your city. Larger cities are typically faster; remote areas may take a little longer. These are estimates — occasionally courier or weather delays are outside our control, and we appreciate your patience if that happens.

Order tracking

After your order ships, we share your tracking details so you can follow your parcel with the courier. You can also message us any time on WhatsApp or through our Contact page for an update on your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide, so you only pay when your parcel arrives at your door. Please keep the exact order amount ready for the courier, and take a moment to check your parcel at delivery where you can. Paying online in advance also saves you Rs 100.

Address issues & failed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete at checkout — an accurate address helps your order reach you on time. If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, they will usually attempt delivery again or contact you by phone.

If a Cash on Delivery parcel is repeatedly refused or cannot be delivered, it is returned to us. We may reach out before re-shipping to confirm your details.
