By accessing or using the Purelita website at purelita.com, placing an order via our website or WhatsApp, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the last update is indicated above.
Products & Description
Purelita currently offers the following product:
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price charged.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered. Available across Pakistan.
- Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer the order amount to our registered bank account.
- JazzCash: Digital transfer to our registered JazzCash account.
For prepaid orders (Direct Bank Transfer/JazzCash), payment confirmation must be shared via WhatsApp before dispatch.
Ordering via WhatsApp
Purelita processes orders primarily through WhatsApp (+92 345 440 0201). When placing an order via WhatsApp:
- Provide your full name, delivery address, city, and phone number
- Specify the product and quantity
- Confirm your preferred payment method
- An order confirmation will be sent by our team within business hours
Orders are only confirmed once acknowledged by a Purelita team member. Submitting an order inquiry does not guarantee product availability or pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or remote locations. Purelita is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
- Wrong product delivered
- Sealed, unopened product reported within 7 days
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products returned after 7 days
- Allergic reactions (patch test recommended)
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Product Use & Disclaimer
Purelita acne patches are cosmetic devices intended for external use only on acne-prone skin. Please follow the included usage instructions carefully. Important disclaimers:
- Perform a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin
- Do not use on broken, inflamed, or infected skin other than acne
- Keep out of reach of children
- These patches are not a medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any skin condition
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist
Results may vary between individuals. Purelita does not guarantee specific outcomes from product use.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Purelita website — including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and design — is the exclusive property of Purelita and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Purelita.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purelita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to:
- Skin reactions or adverse effects from product use
- Delivery delays or courier errors
- Unavailability of products or services
- Inaccuracies in product descriptions
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
